Dear Super-Kamiokande collaborators,

I make a tex style file for title of Super-Kamiokande note, that is
	/usr/local/tex/macros/title_sknote.sty @ suketto

The usage is as follows;

> /home/koshio/Report/[ sukai04e 106 ] cat report.tex 
> %
> \documentstyle[a4j,epsf,title_sknote]{article}
> \serial{97-03}
> \title{The new directional fitting for low energy event}
> \author{Yusuke Koshio}
> \affiliation{ICRR ; Low Energy group}
> \date{May 29th, 1997}
> \begin{document}
> \maketitle
> %

What you have to add is as follows;

	\documentstyle[a4j,epsf,title_sknote]{article}
and                             ~~~~~~~~~~~~->add
	\serial{97-03}  % that is serial number for SK note from Nakahata-san
and
	\affiliation{ICRR ; Low Energy group} % your affiliation
