Conference Registration Fee

Note that your registration is completed only after payment has been received.

Advance Registration

For payments received on or before December 2, 2002 the conference registration fee is US$175. Note the registration fee includes the conference reception, a copy of the Proceedings, morning and evening transportation between the conference hotel and the meeting and a warm lunch buffet at the meeting site on each of the three full days of the meeting.  Vegetarian meals will be available. The conference banquet is optional and costs an additional US$50.

Late Registration

For payments received after December 2, 2002, the conference registration fee will be US$200.
