Conference Registration FeeNote that your registration is completed only after payment has been received. Advance RegistrationFor payments received on or before December 2, 2002 the conference registration fee is US$175. Note the registration fee includes the conference reception, a copy of the Proceedings, morning and evening transportation between the conference hotel and the meeting and a warm lunch buffet at the meeting site on each of the three full days of the meeting. Vegetarian meals will be available. The conference banquet is optional and costs an additional US$50.
