conference rate will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
The conference registration fee is US$175, for payments received on or before
December 2, 2002, or US$200 for payments received later. The
registration fee includes:
The conference reception
A copy of the Proceedings
Morning and evening transportation between the conference hotel and
meeting site
A warm lunch buffet (including vegetarian fare) served at the meeting site
each of the three full days of the meeting
The conference banquet will be held Saturday, December 14. Tickets to the
conference banquet are optional, and available for an additional US$50.
