General Information General InformationThe proceedings of the meeting will be published in Nuclear Physics B, Proceedings Supplements, in a format identical to the NUINT01 volume. Given the unique character of the meeting and the dearth of related material in the literature, all speakers are strongly encouraged to contribute to the Proceedings. If you gave more than one talk, please prepare a separate contribution for each one. You are allowed to submit your contribution to a preprint server, but for copyright reasons, it must not have appeared in print anywhere else. We will post contributions on the Conference web site when received and accepted. Elsevier will send you a copyright release form. DeadlineThe deadline for receipt of your contribution is June 30, 2003. LengthWe have adopted a uniform suggested length of 8 pages for all contributions. Up to 10 pages will be accepted without any questions. Please do not include unnecessary material, but if you think you need more than 10 pages, please contact the editor for your session, briefly explaining the need for additional length. FormatYour contribution must conform to the format specified by the publisher. In addition, due to the exorbitant cost of color contributions, no figures or plots in color can be accepted. (If you insist, you are welcome to pay the additional charge of €318 per color page yourself!) The publisher, Elsevier Science B.V., should have sent you detailed instructions. Please use only the LaTeX formats provided. The relevant files can also be downloaded from here: Example document with instructions (PDF format) We prefer to receive your contributions in PDF format, but postscript will also be accepted. Please email your contribution (by the June 30 deadline) to the editor for the session where you gave your talk (see below). EditorsThe editing responsibilities have been divided by session. All inquiries concerning your contribution (including the final version of the paper) should be addressed to the corresponding editor for the session in which the talk was given: Session 1 (Motivation)
