Conference Hotel

We have negotiated a special conference rate for a block of rooms at The Country Inn and Suites, a modern, business-class hotel located only minutes from the site of the meeting.

The hotel features many amenities, including an award-winning restaurant, two heated pools and a spa. The rooms have high-speed internet access, and a full (warm) buffet breakfast and evening refreshment is included in the price of the room. The hotel operates a free courtesy shuttle to/from John Wayne Airport (minutes away). In addition, we will provide morning and evening transportation between this hotel and the conference site.

The NUINT02 rate for a single room is $89/night (plus tax). This represents a $40/night reduction from the rate offered to the general public. "Upgraded" rooms (suites, or "executive" luxury rooms) are also available at reduced rates.

You may contact the hotel directly to arrange your accommodations, or request a reservation on the conference registration form (in which case, the hotel will contact you confirm your reservation and obtain a deposit). Unfortunately, you cannot obtain the special NUINT02 rate by using the hotel's reservation form on the web.

We strongly recommend choosing the conference hotel, as you are very unlikely to find any hotel of similar quality near the meeting site at anything approaching a comparable price. In addition, we cannot arrange transportation to the meeting from other hotels.
