Leading Edge Distribution

The goal was to set the delays in the TWR digitization so that the majority of LE hits occurred at 3us. THis configuration leaves about 7us to study afterpulses, an essential component of the Npe calculation. Several OMs near the bottom show LE distributions that are very broad so they cannot be adjusted within the limitation of the 10us readout time of the TWR. The sharp spike seen in most histograms occurs when that particular OM completes the M=24 majority logic trigger requirement.
